Renting Made Simple: How It Works with Us
Our fully stocked showroom allows us to create the perfect custom tablescape design for our clients.
We offer two options for our rental and design services:
OPTION 1 – We drop off rentals 4 hours before the event and pick up the morning after.
- A fee of $75.00 for local delivery and pickup applies.
- For deliveries outside of a 20 mile radius of our facility in Falmouth, MA the delivery fee of $150.00 applies.
- We ask that our tabletop rentals are scrapped free of any food debris and returned in the containers provided.
- We have a commercial grade kitchen in our Falmouth facility to clean our dishes and rentals.
OPTION 2 – We handle all aspects of the event with our rentals and design services.
- This includes our tabletop rentals, decor and furniture options which you can select from our own custom inventory.
- We will work with your catering company, venue or event planner to coordinate the proper rentals needed for your event and schedule the delivery and pickup.
- We set-up and deliver the rentals 4 hours prior to event and pickup day after the event.
- We ask that the rentals be scrapped free from any food debris and put back into the containers provided.
- As an additional service to our clients we offer design consultation at an hourly fee of $150.00 per hour that will be applied toward rentals over $1500.00.
THE PROCESS:
- Fill out our event questionnaire and after we receive the information we will respond with the availability of the rental selections and an estimate.
- We will send over our service and rental agreement to sign and secure your date and rental. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date and rental at that time.
- Two weeks prior to your event we will require final payment of the rentals.
