Renting Made Simple: How It Works with Us

We offer two options for our rental and design services:

OPTION 1 – We drop off rentals 4 hours before the event and pick up the morning after.

  • A fee of $75.00 for local delivery and pickup applies.
  • For deliveries outside of a 20 mile radius of our facility in Falmouth, MA the delivery fee of $150.00 applies.

OPTION 2 – We handle all aspects of the event.

  • This includes rentals, decor and furniture options which you can select from our custom inventory or for larger events we can outsource.
  • We set-up and deliver our rentals 4 hours prior to event and pickup day after the event.
  • As an additional service to our clients we offer design consultation at an hourly fee of $150.00 per hour that will be applied toward rentals over $1500.00.

THE PROCESS:

  1. Fill out our event questionnaire and after we receive the information we will respond with the availability of the rental selections and an estimate.
  2. We will send over our service and rental agreement to sign and secure your date and rental. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date and rental at that time.
  3. Two weeks prior to your event we will require final payment of the rentals.
